Luca, you highlight an important theme that Covey highlighted in his book, The Speed of Trust. I often think about this concept and how it is such an important enabler for society, the economy, and our relationships.
Jeremi, enjoy your triathlon adventure, I’m sure it will create memories for a liftetime.
I hope all went well, Jeremi with your swim in the bay? One of my uncles was a member of the Dolphin club and went swimming almost every day in the bay for years. It is no easy feat to swim with the currents and cold 1.5 miles. How did you do with that part of your race and the whole thing?
The race was amazing. Really happy with how I did. That being said, the currents looked kindly upon us and pushed us in the direction we were swimming. Definitely cold!
At least the currents pushed you in the right direction! I could never do it - just get too cold even with a wet suit in the Bay! My greatest physical tests were 2 -1/2 marathons, hiking up the waterfalls in Yosemite Valley and jumping off a 40 ft waterfall in Hawaii safely! Have a great summer!
Good luck, Jeremi!! Can't wait to hear how the triathlon goes!

Interesting, just added that to my reading list!
I will second the recommendation, it’s a book I read about 15 years ago and I still think about it at least once a week.
Luca, what a staggeringly beautiful photo of New York City - it's truly price winning.
Jeremi, how did your triathlon go for you? You both challenge yourselves to such dizzying heights - I remain in awe. much love, magayle
